In this bundle, we are joined by Dr Penny Rumbold who is an associated professor of sport and exercise nutrition. The aim of the session is to establish how to support an individual’s metabolic rate using nutritional strategies, with a focus on vitamins and minerals. Penny is going to explain why it is important to support metabolic rate using dietary approaches and evaluate current dietary guidelines using underpinning scientific principles.
