Overview
In this bundle, we are joined by guest expert Gillian McCabe. Gillian is a clinical physiotherapist and women’s health physiotherapist and she is teaching us about the importance of the pelvic floor muscles for everyone but particularly for ante and post natal women and the older demographic. This is an area often ‘forgotten’ or ‘brushed over’ due to a lack of understanding or confidence but is fundamental alongside core activation for every exercise. This bundle should give you the knowledge and confidence needed to support your clients further.

Who is this training for?
This training is for all fitness professionals since every client should understand how to activate their pelvic floor throughout the day and during exercise. Instructors working with ante and postnatal women and the older demographic will particularly benefit from refreshing and deepening their knowledge in this area.

What is involved in this training?
You are required to watch each of the video presentations, practice the information and take notes as required. You will then answer a short multiple choice knowledge check to evaluate the learning process and check understanding.
